Meg Reilly


My goal is to help you live with compassion for yourself and for others. I employ a humanistic, eclectic approach with an inclusive view of body, mind and spirit through one-on-one deep conversation, personalized guided meditation, hypnosis and/or intuitive card reading. 


I write a weekly letter on making intentional, compassionate choices to improve personal growth, development and peace. 

Holistic Counseling 

We are always creating our life, whether we know it or not. And things will always happen that are not of our making or out of our control. But we always have agency, that is, we get to choose our reactions, monitor and manage our own feelings, and make choices. By actively making choices, we will be happier people with more satisfying lives. As Carl Jung reminded us, without consciousness things go less well. 




I am a certified Consulting Hypnotist. We help ordinary, everyday people with ordinary, everyday problems using individual hypnotic techniques. Hypnosis is a safe, ancient, non-invasive practice used to help people manage a variety of problems including:

  • Stress reduction

  • Relaxation

  • Sleep disruption

  • Public speaking

  • Academic performance

  • Fears

  • Anxiety
