My goal is to help you live with compassion for yourself and for others. I employ a humanistic, eclectic approach with an inclusive view of body, mind and spirit through one-on-one deep conversation, personalized guided meditation, hypnosis and/or intuitive card reading.
I write a weekly letter on making intentional, compassionate choices to improve personal growth, development and peace. For 15 years, I have volunteered on the Wellness team at Camp AmeriKids, the last four spent as Wellness Director.
We are always creating our life, whether we know it or not. By actively making choices, we will be happier people with more satisfying lives. Through a deep understanding of the cyclical nature of events, I help people direct and create the life they truly want.
Everything in life happens in cycles. Whether it's the natural world we are part of, ourselves in it, our work and home environments (body); our thoughts, ideas, emotions, feelings (mind); or our connection to our higher self and to the sublime, divine, all-consciousness (spirit) – everything, on every level, has a beginning, a middle and an end. Looking at life from this point of view helps gain perspective and find control in the calm center that truly, deeply resides in all of us. And from that centered self, we can actively plant the seeds of the life we choose to live.
Through personal consultation, workshops, intuitive readings, I help you examine the natural order of all your lifecycles and how to use this knowledge to live the life you want. We will look into:
Where am I in this cycle?
How did I get here?
How do I take control and create the life I want?
